Lister House maintains a well equipped theatre, used for minor procedures, with a practice nurse on duty each week-day.

Patient Feedback

The clinic invites patients to provide patient feedback (using the pink forms supplied at reception) to give us their views of the practice and how it may be improved. These surveys are completely confidential and help us enhance our services.

We can only address complaints or problems if we are made aware of them. Difficulties can occur due to communication problems or misunderstandings. Your doctor will appreciate the opportunity to discuss any problem. If the problem relates to accounts or administration, ask to speak to the Practice Manager.

If after talking it through you wish to take the matter further, we can provide information about the Medical Board, Health Service Commissioner or the Australian Medical Association.
