Your medical record is a confidential document. Lister House Medical Clinic is committed to providing quality medical services and allied health care in Horsham. As part of this, we have a policy to protect your privacy that complies with the current RACGP standards.

It is the policy of Lister House Medical Clinic to maintain security of patients’ personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.

We ask that you assist us in providing the best possible health care to you by making sure that the information we have is accurate and up-to-date. Ask your doctor or see our reception staff if you would like to know more about our Privacy Policy.

Patient feedback

Lister House Medical Clinic invites patients to complete a questionnaire on their views of our Horsham medical centre and how it can be improved. These questionnaires are completely confidential; please ask reception staff for this form.

If you have a problem we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor during your doctor’s appointment or the reception staff, or make an appointment with the Practice Manager. You may prefer to write to us or use our suggestion box.
